JACOB M. KANTROW has a transactional practice that includes corporation law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
Since joining the firm in September, 2008, Jacob has assisted on both asset- and equity-based transactions and advised clients on SEC reporting and general securities compliance, as well as general corporate, partnership, limited liability company, and contract matters.

Jacob received his undergraduate A.B. degree from Princeton University in 2003. He received his joint J.D./B.C.L. degree in 2007 from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Editor-in-Chief of the Louisiana Law Review. After completing law school, Jacob clerked for the Honorable Jacques L. Wiener, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
