JENNIFER AARON HATAWAY is a shareholder and member of our Labor and Employment law section. Jennifer joined the firm in 1999 and represents management clients in connection with a broad range of employment law issues, including the preparation of employee handbooks and policies and procedures. Jennifer provides counsel to employers to minimize exposure to litigation and assure compliance with applicable employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the WARN Act, and other federal and state provisions. Jennifer has defended employers in wage disputes, civil rights and other employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
Jennifer's practice also includes advising a variety of public and private companies and executives on compensation programs, employment and change of control agreements, and deferred compensation programs.
Jennifer is a frequent speaker at seminars concerning a wide variety of employment law issues.
